I believe successful HCM transformations are built on three things: deep platform expertise, honest stakeholder relationships, and an unwavering focus on outcomes — not just go-live. I own end-to-end design decisions and stay accountable from strategy through post-production.

What is your view on AI in HR?
AI in HR is no longer a future concept — it is an operational reality. I am actively building AI-driven HCM solutions including automated compensation frameworks and decision intelligence models. The organizations that get on AI-ready platforms like Oracle Redwood now will lead the next decade of workforce strategy.
